I realised that being a conduit for the universe or a channel in which the Dhamma can come out is the easiest path to clarity. So how does that translate into business?

Well, it’s about your truth, how you see the world, not mine. I’m not trying to sell you anything, or persuade you in any way. I’m not even trying to teach you something you don’t already know. More likely that my role, as a coach, is to simply uncover what is already there.

For business owners, sometimes the thing that is holding us back isn’t a lack of knowledge or that we don’t know how to do things. It’s the fact that we get in the way of ourselves. We become the bottle neck that prevents our businesses from thriving.

And it is possible to have a thriving business and yet still hold your Buddhist principles at the heart of all that you do. “Doing well by doing good” as Lloyd Field says in his book, “Business and the Buddha.”

I began my journey into Buddhism in about 2009, as I went along to a Buddhist centre for prayers for world peace. It seemed innocuous enough, I would be home by 9pm at the latest and that suits me. It was to set me on a lifelong path that has become the bedrock of all that I do.

So that is how I approach helping you get the most out of your business too. Because if you’re a bit of a hippy then so am I. Underneath a sharp suit and a pair of heels there lies a profoundly devoted Dhamma practitioner who knows your struggles through the eyes of ancient teachings.

If you’re interested in wisdom led coaching, then get in touch. We can sit on the cushion together.
